  1. Hear it. Feedback is a gift to be appreciated.
  2. Visualize what success would look like if you acted on that feedback.
  3. Set up some actions. Commit to actions that will help move you toward your vision of success.
  4. Determine what support you will need to be successful and identify the barriers keeping you from that success.
